Static WH spawning at the same spot than its predecessor

Heya,

today when our static despawned, the new static WH spawned at the same spot than the old one. It leads to a dffererent system so it definately is a new static. I can essentially proove it since the bookmark is >26 hours old. Unless you think Bob has given me divine insight so I could manually make this bookmark before the static existed :p

This hasn't happened the first time, but every time it does happen it bugs me..
Do you know why it happens? Could it be a bug? Does CCP know of it?

that happens when wormhole despawns during downtime its been known for ages now

Ah, I was wondering about that, but couldn't remember previous incidents well enough to be sure.. cheers! :)

This happens quite often when static despawns naturally.

Saw it happen to NON-static low sec outbound connection last night. Unfortuantly I don't have before screenshots. Because I didn't think to take a screen shot of a random eol low sec before DT. However will attempt to get evidence if it happens again. Though it might have been one of those one in a million chances.

It happened once in my corp's C4/C3 we used to own. I can confirm this occurs naturally somehow.
