All settings for overview not being saved, transferred

Hello. I play EVE on two PCs (desktop & laptop when traveling) and would like to transfer ALL of my overview settings. The export/import works for this and seems to transfer most of what i needed - but it does not seem to transfer any settings that i have made under the appearance tab even though i check all boxes on the export and import. So two questions

- is this a bug?
- if not, How do i transfer changes made under the appearance tab of overview setting to another PC?

I've also logged a Support ticket in case it is a bug.
