Downgrade two blasters to ions, fit MWD.

But yep, a Talos fitted like this is probably the only viable tier 3 BC for solo work.

If you want to see it spit something decent shield fit it and if you have enough iskies rig it dps, use best ammo and land on top of your target.

Nothing current battleships couldn't do already.
