No, sales taxes are reduced only by skills.

Paid upfront to have my standings from 0.0 to 8.0. They immediately got to work and I had my 8.0 standings in no time. Would HIGHLY recommend. Would use again (and probably will here soon).


Edit: I acquired 257k of LP.

Was at 3.62 with Caldari Navy, wanted to be 5.0. Cost 464m, took 4 days from payment to completion.

At completion I had about 17m ISK from bounties after NPC corp taxes, and 53k LP. I may of had some LP before, I neglected to check at the beginning.


Pleased with the service, would be happy to use again.
