there is no micromanagement to do within an army of individuals, thats goonswarms weak spot, they just have people who do what they get told, changes in management incoming, under my leadership everybody is first of all his own leader its a flat hirarchy... the reason so many FC burn out is because they have to think for the others, its a nursery shool, I will teach all goons to grow up and take selfresponsability, who else could teach them as the best solo pilot out there :'D
