WTB Min PVP Character - 7b Budget

Looking for a Minmatar PVP toon. 7b budget but willing to go higher for the right toon (not that much higher though... I want to use this alt for occasional work).

Frig, Crusier and BC a must. Not interested in BS particularly. T2 Arty and Autos a must as are decent tanking skills in both shields and armor. Willing to consider partially cross trained toons, but not Caldari. T3 skills would be nice :)

Large weapons for upcoming expansion and bc to 4 has less than 10hrs left on it.

already have 6b offer ingame but if you can make 7b he's yours, willing to haggle a bit, not much though.

Unfortunately your character has terrible shield / armor skills, and is only really worth 4b.

Good luck to the guy bidding 6b and congrats for getting that much for him :)
