I wouldnt know. I can't get through your post at all, have tried a few times.
if you translate it into english, let me know.

For you, the world.

Half wormhole space wants to kill people in K-space on roams etc, the other half, such as yourself, want to pvp in wormholes. We want more people in wormholes for more chances to pvp without people hiding behind shields.

If the mechanic means that you only have enough time after exiting the wormhole to hide from local until system scanner updates... well that's just about 1 minute. If they want to keep hidden they need to polarize themselves and opens opportunities to engage in wormhole space.

Making gates? Blasfemie!
Only Bob show us the way, those who want to make a way not made by bob need to be destroyed.
As should be their "gates"!
Who should destroy all their gates!
All children of bob should wage a holy war against player made gates.(hey just a new thingy to shoot : p )

No local in null sec would fix everything!

It's a thoroughly thought out idea that would increase traffic to and from wormholes as well as multiply opportunities for pew. I apologize you don't like it.

I don't get it. Can it be repeated without the roleplaying part?

are you ACTUALLY trying to suggest adding delayed local to WH space?
because if so, you came to the wrong neighborhood mate.

There is no Bob.

Delayed local for K-space when you enter through a wormhole. Local in W-space? Absolutely not.

To my understanding EVE lore as we know it claims that the reason someone shows in local is due to them passing through a gate. So in all cases where you pass through a gate into another K-space system you will continue to show in local as is current.

This proposal only affects those who enter into K-space systems through a wormhole. Not just nullsec systems either, lowsec, and highsec as well. It simply says that someone who enters K-space through a wormhole will not show in local until a system scanner would update, which contrary to popular belief is not instantaneous, but rather about a minute.

This would follow all mechanics involved with the system scanner currently, including someone who has just entered system having a "current" system scan and would show all local residents. Whether this means that everyone in local would show for everyone in local or just that individual I can see merits both ways.

There are many different ways to use and abuse this effect, including jumping into K-space to search for a target, and if you cannot find them within a minute, being forced to jump back into the wormhole if you want to remain hidden from local. You then have the negative consequence of being polarized and opening yourself to possible aggression from within the wormhole.

This would bring more people into wormholes, if only to hunt from their K-space connections.
