What makes new idea posting so bad is all you guys that can't debate a subject respectfully without trolling, name calling and just general being unconstructive.

All these troll threads have a bigger chance of hurting the community than the legit idea threads IMO.

The wishlist is pretty much complete...

But do we really need this sub forum being filled with troll thread after troll thread? Who are those threads helping?

I totally get that some people don't like the idea of change but they should try stating their reasons why instead of creating immature, passive aggressive troll threads. I'm not specifically talking about Winthorp's thread here but he does love to troll as well.

As much as I like automation, auto-locking threads would be a terrible idea.
Instead I would urge everyone to report any thread and any post that breaks the forum rules, so we can manually edit or lock them.
