Because the way it is now, I'll wait for a patch, and if nothing is done for us rookie players, well, I'll ask to be refunded. It's a shame since I purchased a month of gameplay a couple hours ago...
Please reply to this and tell me if you agree with me that new player should be subject to less severe law enforcement mesures.

There's this group of players that follow this CODE, and call themselves the NEW ORDER or somesuch.... your level of "elite" is just what they specialize in. Trust me, you'd fit right in with this 'special' crowd.

Although the OP does have a point...how did he get this concorded? (Does the Itty V have a drone bay? Set his drones on something I'm assuming if it does).

I'm guessing he shot someone while in the vexor, got concorded, ducked up, and before the timer ran out undocked the itty.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

Using a Salvager on a wreck does not flag you for anything. Stealing loot inside a yellow wreck or can will flag you Suspect, but that only means that other players may attack you freely (and once they do, if you have weapons you can fight them back). White wrecks shouldn't do anything to you at all.

I did find this little bit: "could not even try my ship in pvp...just died by invincible phenomenon...."

So based on the killboard, here's what appears to have happened: You undocked the Vexor and just up and PVP'd somebody in High-sec with it, without a Duel, Killright, or WarDec active, and not in self-defense, against a legally aggressable target, or after making yourself suspect so they may shoot first and allow you to kill them. Thus, Concord stopped you from ganking the guy, as you didn't do enough damage to kill him before they arrived.

You then did not wait out the 15 minutes Criminal timer after the gank, and undocked in your Iteron halfway through it. Since you're Criminal in a ship in High-sec space, Concord arrived to kill you again.

If you attack a player illegally in Low-sec within range of a jump gate or station, the defense cannons will try to defend the victim. However, unlike in High, Low-sec ganking only gets you Suspect flagged, so other players can shoot you but Concord will not. If you kill a pod in Low, you should avoid High-sec for the 15 minutes after as that lands you the Criminal timer.

Attacking anyone at all creates a 1 minute weapons timer that forbids docking or jumping, hence the gate not liking you.

In general, no I don't think Crime Watch should apply differently to new players than anyone else. That would be very exploitable by experienced players rolling new characters and in any case, all players need to learn the game mechanics at some point and when you are new is as good as anytime.

That written, I hope you don't quit the game. Jumping into lowsec and taking out a Proteus as part of a small gang in just your first few days in game is great and huge congrats.

Sentry guns are something that even veteran players get confused about sometimes, so to help, here's a couple of links to help you:

Basically, if you commit a criminal or suspect level offence within site of sentry guns in highsec or lowsec, you will be engaged until you die or warp off (you can come straight back no problem).

If you commit a criminal level offence in highsec you'll be shot at anywhere by Concord and guns until your ship has been killed (they won't pod you).

White and Blue loot wrecks should be ok to loot, but not white containers.

Yellow wrecks belong to someone else and you'll be flagged suspect if you loot them.

Also, shooting a wreck that doesn't belong to you will get you Concorded in Hisec (even if its Blue)

OP, EVE is a cold heartless place. Its not for everyone. I assume you came from WoW as those that come from there seem to have the hardest time adjusting. Perhaps, there, you have a dedicated dev to patch the game each time you trip and graze your knee, I don't know, but in EVE, when you whine like a female dog, some kind person will put put a comforting arm around your shoulder, put you in a headlock and remove any metal fillings you might have. HTFU or get out of the sandbox.
