Hey everyone,

I wanted to write this post expressing my huge appreciation and thanks for an awesome tournament!

To all the teams that participated, I hope you had immense amounts of fun during this tournament and I sincerely hope to see you back in the next New Eden Open! A special shout out to the teams that made it into the money, you all performed magnificently! Congratulations!

To all the viewers and third party services that supported, covered or added to the NEOII, you make this worthwhile! As long as you want to enjoy tournament content we want to continue to provide it.

I think it is important that we never take our eyes off the fact that, you, the players make this game the bundle of epicness it is. So from the tournament team and myself:

Thanks to the tournament team, it was really well organized and put together. The commentary team gets better each tournament and you did a great job for your first time as host!

I think you all did a wonderful job.

I didn't think that I would enjoy watching an Eve tournament but watching the commentators describe the finer points of tactics and describe how each ship fit into the overall strategy was amazingly educational. While all of the commentator s were great I would like to give a special shout out to CCP Fozzie who really shows his passion for the game and his Eve acumen in such an effortless manner.

Great tournament! Come weekend two I was almost glad we had been knocked out as I could get back to being a spectator, and there were some fantastic matches to spectate indeed. I caught myself yelling at my computer screen multiple times in excitement. Thanks CCP bro, Fozzie and crew & congratulations to Warlords.

Shout-out to WEHurt - proving that you don't have to be a vet to be a winner, no-one believed me when I tipped you guys for finals weekend before the thing started Big smile
