Can someone please post an optimal Tornado PvP AC and Arty fit?

Optimal? Nonono. You want to use falloff. The ship gets a falloff bonus.

The ship honestly seems pretty niche. The 650s track SOOOO much better than 800s. This fit does 750dps and has about 32k ehp. A bit glass cannonish but thats the point of the t[ier]3's yeah? All I have to say is be careful.
