Login frame missing from the launcher?

I've been getting this, lately...literally everything else on the launcher works, patching and everything, but the frame with the name/password fields and login button is just blank. I'm only able to play the game by launching from the .exe file directly.

Running Win7 x64 on a Phenom II 1045T and Radeon HD5770 if any of those are important.

I've had this problem before, but I can't remember how I fixed it. Try the repair tool, if that don't work try clearing the cache via the launcher if that don't work try the usual techy stuff (latest drivers etc etc). With all the patches we get via the launcher it does seem to go screwy over time the more we get.
