Abnormal invention failures since patch

I'm a tech 2 manufacturers; I make Shield power relays and a few other things.

All my manufacturing is done inside a wormhole POS. The invention is done inside a Mobile Laboratory.

Unfortunately, since the patch has hit, all my invention attempts on Shield Power Relay blueprints copy have failed. All of them.
I did a total of 20.

I'm not doing anything differently than before the patch. My normal success rate was around 45%

Anyone has this problem?

You may want to check the messages better. The new font messed up the success dialogue box.

Also: 20 is a way too small sample size. My inventions just worked fine after I figured out that the new font sucks.

That might be it.

I was relying on the colour of the notice box to tell success from failure. I didn't realize that!

That explains a lot!

About the sample size; 20 tries at 45% success chance is enough for this. The chance of getting all failure on 20 tries is about 1/100000

Proably. If you throw those numbers around a bit more then the likelyhood of SOMEONE having that experience after the patch goes to probbale. Which explain why there is always someone going: "Invention is broken" after each patch.

You where just the lucky winner! Or you where fooled by the new window size like everybody else... Cool
