I want the Summit meeting notes to give me an heads up on future topics of development and interest, a more detailed view of the ideas presented, and detailed notes of who is promoting which idea (accountability for CSM). The last set of minutes lost much of their value being presented so far after everything happened. It seems like the CSM work on the meeting minutes was slow (though not as slow as CCP). For that reason an independent professional note taker might be useful. I would push for someone outside of CCP since that may reduce real and imagined conflicts of interest. An initial quick summary version of the meetings would be good when CCP wants to NDA the more detailed version. An initial summary within a month of the meeting's end would be good. I would also encourage CSM members to make certain their opposition or support is documented in the final minutes.

CCP Logibro did an awesome job of minute-taking during the winter summit. Most of the credit for quicker turnaround of the minutes should go to him.

With the town hall this weekend I was hopping they would be out already but with the Elections and white paper finally out on Friday the minutes are the next thing on the list after the Summer Release direction blog.

I for one want the minutes to be processed as fast as possible for distribution amongst CCP & the CSM so they can do diligent follow up of issues covered.

If the sanitized NDA approved version comes out six months later for public scrutiny so be it.

I'd rather have an effective document in the hands of the people I and other subscribers elected to represent us then just be able to quickly review what they are saying to each other. CSM members are very available on the forums and getting feed back from them is no longer difficult.

Quick turnaround for the CSM members is a worthwhile goal of the official minutes in my opinion.
