Prior Loan History:
The loan was originally request for 1B and was filled at 1.4B. The excess was paid off after 3 payments for a total of 480m paid out. At the conclusion of the loan, this week, 380m in interest payments will have been made on the loan which will have run for 50 days. Interest was paid every 10 days. As it was my first loan, I paid a high interest rate of 10% for uncollateralized loans and 5% for collateralized loans.

I began with 800m in wallet and 600m in assets available to be contracted for collateral.

I have injected an additional 1.2b in funds via PLEX to the trade operation during the course of the loan to increase total available funds and explore FW with an Alt. I was shy 200m at the end of the last loan and impatient in awaiting sales orders so I injected another 645m via a PLEX.

Assets values are according to what is listed in the hangar view. I have excluded my mission BS ship and misc fittings that are "laying around" as well as a slew of goods that will later be delivered to trade hub as I am not actively moving them until the size is more significant.

I have achieved 2B in profits since I began trading with other peoples money. I have experienced lossed via shiiping items personally, as well as skill books related to trade and a POCO endeavor that I am 50m invested in and not as of yet shown any profits.

New loan request
On the conclusion of the current loan I am requesting an additional loan in the amount of 3B. I originally wanted to shoot for 5B but I think I will see how I do with the 3B before I ask for a 500% increase. I should be entering into another market when funds are received and expanding my current market reach.

Terms
Uncollateralized loan at 3B paying 7% interest every 14 days. This will be just over 14%/ month. I would like to run this loan for 4 cycles or 8 weeks.

How do I profit?
Originally I station traded in Jita. It was decent. I tried out getting into a market in low sec. It has been great. I will continue to reach lowsec markets. I have just unlocked Tycoon and am skilling my way to max it as we speak. I have room for an additional trade hub now. I was puchasing goods from Jita and using a contract hauler to move the goods. As of last night, I have met a producer who will deliver the goods with no shipping charges saving 50m-75m each trip. I had previously spent 291m in shipping costs. I will continue purchasing some meta items from Jita and T2 from my producer. If the producer falls through I will continue purchasing from Major trade hubs. Large shipments will be shipped in at 15m cost. Smaller shipments will have 0 cost.

How do you get involved?
Do not send your ISK now as I will not take out another loan to pay off the first. My sales orders sell with enough liquidity to reach my payouts as they are due.

Express your interest via EVE-mail or by posting below with the amount you wish to invest. While I appreciate the humor of those wishing to invest 10isk I will not consider that an actual interest. Once my first loan has been paid off the post will be updated and I will contact you to send the ISK.

API key
As noted in the previous loan request, I will provide API keys to myself and my alt to confirm assets on hand and trading history. I will need the assistance of the MD forum in determining what type of API key is wanted for this if it is deemed necessary to go through with the loan.

Time to rock and roll!!

Alright ladies and gents the time has come for the first round of interest payments.

But first, a word about the progress of the business.
Over the course of the loan thus far beginning 3-18-14 profits have amounted to 908.76m according to what is recorded on trade journal transactions as found at eve-mogul.com. WOOHOO! A bit more can be added due to items gained via contract at wholesale and sold on market at retail+ a premium.

Losses include a mammoth T1 rigged for cargo space as well as fairly inexpensive fittings. Total loss 13m on the death. Also approx 200m has been spent shipping items via Jump freighter. I anticipated a lower cost though it was at the greater expense of time. Up to a week of waiting for items to be shipped vs same/next day shipments is well worth the extra isk as items can be sold and profits reinvested.

Investments include a small handful of ammo blueprints which are used with LP to convert into faction ammo and sold for plenty of profit though on a small scale for now.

Also, a researched cruiser BPO which is being copied as of now and a T1 module.

Further investments include minerals well below Jita cost for manufacturing of said ammo.

Stock has been moved to 4 stations for the purpose of reaching a greater audience to great success. Each of these stations acts as a small trade hub. Each has a different margin attainable, some cut throat, some handsome.

Within 24 hours of receiving loans the isk was spent on modules, ships and shipments. Fast sales resulted in more purchases in bulk via trade market mailing list and bulk trade. Going forward, everything purchased via contract and sold on market will not be tracked on eve-mogul unless i sell it to myself at my cost which will net a loss of about 2.5%. Compared to the gains I see, it is trivial, though it is still higher than I wish to lose when that same cost can be used to ship more items and or purchase more of the same.

Now I bring you to the payouts.

To simplify it on my end, I am making all payments at once. Some payments are made a day early. Due dates will remain unchanged.
