Thank you.

But remember, the skilltracker is orientaded by ship bonuses and not for special fittings. If you want to fly a shield Ishtar, or fit some autocannons there is no skillplan at the skilltracker for that ship.

And there are some desicions to made... there is an OR function between Heavy Drone Operation OR Sentry Drone Operation. So it is on your favorite to skill heavy drones or sentry drones to get the expert badge. Same at Medium Hybrid Railgun and Medium Hybrid Blaster.

Have two ishtars then.

"**CCP is changing policy, and has asked that we discontinue the bonus credit program after November 7th. So until then, enjoy a super-bonus of 1B Blink Credit for each 60-day GTC you buy!"**

Never forget.

My Ishtar fit for missions. You can replace faction mods with regular ones although this entire fit will only set you back like 500 mill. I mainly did missions against Guristas, since they deal Therm/Kin damage and that goes right up the Ishtar's Alley. It permaruns the afterburner and armor repairer. If you're struggling I would suggest taking out a Drone Damage Amplifier and putting in a 1600 plate instead. You will go down by 60dps, but almost double your EHP. That said, I've done AE bonus level with this fit, without any issues.

Honestly, to run any lvl 4 mission or Guristas/Serpentis DED site up to a 6/10, you can use a simple PVP fit shield Ishtar. Here's an example of one:

Ishtar - Shield Nano

Internal Force Field Array I
Drone Damage Amplifier II
Drone Damage Amplifier II
Drone Damage Amplifier II
Nanofiber Internal Structure II

Experimental 10MN Microwarpdrive I
Warp Disruptor II
Large Shield Extender II
Large Shield Extender II
Omnidirectional Tracking Link II

125mm Gatling Autocannon II
Medium Unstable Power Fluctuator I
Medium Unstable Power Fluctuator I
Drone Link Augmentor II

Medium Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer II
Medium Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer II

Grade II x9
Bouncer II x5
Warrior II x5

I ran SOE lvl4 missions in Nullsec with this fit, and it worked like a charm. All it requires is a little skill to sig tank most rats' damage.

Why would you put a warp disruptor on a PvE Ishtar? If you want to pull aggro, just put a Target Painter. At least then you have some range on your aggro-tool as well. That also begs the question, why is there a 125mm autocannon on there, or neuts?

Neither Serpentis or Guristas do EM damage, so your rig choice could be better.

I would recommend using an AB. The speed boost is high enough to tank the damage and it doesn't blow up your sig like a MWD does.

As is said above the fitting, that is a PVP Ishtar, that is fully capable of running any lowsec or highsec Serpentis and Guristas DED, even Angel or Sansha/Blood ones are doable with some good manual piloting.
