[WTB] Focused Vargur/Paladin Pilot

As title really, I'm looking to obtain a focused marauder pilot, or a pilot who could acceptably fly and fit one of the above hulls within a month or so.

Things I Need:
Racial BS V
Appropriate T2 large weaponry
Support tanking/gunnery/core skills

Things that I will give some leeway on:
The Marauder skill - As long as one of AWU V and EGU V is trained.

Things that would be nice:
High standings with an empire faction.
No Kill-Rights

Budget: around the 10-12b mark, might push more for an exceptional pilot.

There's always wiggle room, but lack of BS V is a killer I'm afraid.

I'm still working on the char a bit, but if the offer is respectable I can consider parting with the char.

has standings in minmatar space currently able to use lvl 3 agents, lvl 4 not far off.

has remap available now, 1 bonus remap left.

standings for Brutor Tribe 3.89 (need 5 for lvl 4 agents)

currently training Marauders, will stop at lvl 3 to continue Int/Mem skills.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm afraid that there's a couple of months extra training I would need, so any price I would be willing to offer wouldn't be doing you justice.
