I am starting over from scratch and I am living in empire while I beef up my toon. I am going to be running level 3's then 4 missions. Is the brutix still a good level 3 runner and Domi or hyperon for lvl 4. If so any ideas for fitting it. There have been a slew of changes since I was last in 4 years ago so some feedback would be appreciated. Keep the jokes to a maximum.
