You know, I've always wondered why ammo/missles didn't have a "reload queue" (like a skill training queue but for ammo) for faster automatic ammo changes on the reload...

At least for those who can plan ahead...

Except for the bit where the Devs have said they are working on the Ammo swap. There are just some serious technical difficulties involved which I can believe.

And your over time DPS is actually almost where it was pre 'nerf' with extra front loading. Making it easier to overwhelm an active tank fast while generating similar over time DPS vs a buffer tank.

I'd love a similar option using the smallest size gun in each tier personally. Especially if it was the smallest size long range gun like you got with missiles.

So yea. Stop the whining. It's no longer that large a nerf. And it was obvious that the RLML needed some kind of nerf.

The serious technical issues being the reload should've never been more than 20 seconds in the first place. And no, the "over time" DPS is not almost where it was pre-nerf - unless if by "almost" you mean a 15-20% damage nerf (yes, it was this much). The original rapid light launcher never needed any of this - it just needed the ammunition capacity reduced.

Probably because a) most were content with 10 seconds and b) no one was expecting to get hit with a 40-second reload...

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
