tl;dr - Feel free to contact me for community visits and discussions and CSM9 and wormholes!

Hello guys,

As I continue my campaigning, interviews, and meetings with various player communities and individuals within the game, I’d like to open a “Call Event”. The purpose of this is to allow individual players, corporations, alliances, and communities to allow me time to visit with you, speak with you and your friends, field questions, and provide a foundation for future interaction and to better understand the variety of players within our community.

Some of you have known me from the past, some of you are interacting with me now, and those that do, are familiar with my thoughts, views, passion, and personality. I’d like to provide better context and deliver an opportunity for collaboration separate from the unforgiving interpretations of text-based introductions and discussion. Also, I sincerely would like to visit with you guys.

Please look forward to more articles about my thoughts, ideas, perceptions, and concerns with the community as I continue my work with no-local.com and within our in-game interactions, please understand that I’m passionate about setting goals, working hard, and accomplishing those goals. Most of all, provide me the opportunity to hear you, get to know you beyond the text, and better understand the context behind your features, concerns, and ideas.

Feel free to message me contact information, schedule a meeting, invite a visit, prepare and interview/questions, or whatever else you’d like to organize. I will try to set this up and communicate my schedule openly, and I will schedule visits and chats on a first come basis. Please be patient with my schedule and I promise to find the time to meet with you and your friends. I look forward to getting to meet and know you guys.

Thanks!

FYI: Just to clear something up, I'm not going to sugar coat an agenda to win everyone over. I'm going to have my views on this community as well. We aren't always going to agree, but I want to make very clear that I'm not going to be disrespected by people who think I should be nice to them regardless of how they talk to me simply because they think I need the vote.

I'm not being paid to be a CSM delegate. I'm doing this to serve the community, and I've toned back the trolling, but I will maintain mutual respect. If you think it is alright to disrespect me, or any other candidate or delegate, you are mistaken.

Further, I'm well aware that this isn't "being a good politician" and may hurt votes, but I don't care. I'm going to be transparent, I'm going to communicate, I'm going to be honest, and I'm going to debate. If you think that isn't something you like, then vote for someone else. If I am elected, I'll kill it, but if not, I'll still be a wormholer.

/end soapbox (for now)

Good to see you step up.

What are your plans to rally the non-vocal wormholers to go and vote or do you plan to put your faith in only the current vocal part of the community ?

What candidates do we (Wh guys) have so far?
Would not make sense to spread our votes too much, would it?

Thanks, guys.

What are your plans to rally the non-vocal wormholers to go and vote or do you plan to put your faith in only the current vocal part of the community?

This is a good question, Tyrant. I think that our history thus far speaks volumes about how people can give people the opportunity to talk, discuss, and set aside persona for the sake of understanding. I’m going to reach out. I’ve asked friends to ping me with residents of various wormholes, which I’m compiling a list. I’m mailing my alliance and other friends to help reinforce this agenda.

My plan is to reach out to these residents as we find them, then I’m going to try and engage their playerbase and learn what I can about their thoughts, ideas, and suggestions. I’m sure some saw my article about C4 wormholes, and I’m currently writing “Part II”, which I’m using feedback from the community feedback from the article.

I’ll admit that I let my temper better me in a conversation, but this happens, and frankly is something I’ll work to tame. Hopefully, through direct engagement, I’ll be able to listen to them, although I’m uncertain about my ability to “rally” them.

What candidates do we (Wh guys) have so far?

Currently, we have three candidates who’ve announced:

  • Proclus Diadochu, Red Coat Conspiracy
  • Asayanami Dei, Adhocracy
  • Karen Galeo, Infinite Anarchy

Would not make sense to spread our votes too much, would it?

Well, I’d urge you to support my candidacy, but I ask you and everyone to review each candidate and drive your friends to get involved in the CSM, the candidates, the discussions, and vote.
