'Silvershore' Greatcoat

I heard someone state that this item was a mistake and I assume that means it will never be reseeded (Assuming CCP doesn't find a reason too). What's in the EVE right now is all that's left.

I was hoping to confirm/Deny this.

You can never assume something will not be reseeded. A recent example is the Gnosis which originally was a one off release but then a batch of 5 run BPCs were released as part of a promotion. It is a reasonable bet that Leopard Shuttle BPCs will appear at some point as a teaser for some future special deal. If these items are deemed desirable enough to increase sales of a future deal expect them to reseed.

Also there have been issues in the past of some collectibles either disappearing altogether from the game or mutating into a newly released item.

The Gnosis was given out for the 10th anniversary and its BPCs were given out with the 10 year anniversary collector's edition boxed game, so it is a little different there.

The Silvershore was compensation for the original owners of the Ishukone shirt, which COP mistakenly seeded in the NeX. You could only get those shirts from purchasing a PLEX package. (I purchased about 20 of them when they were in the nex for 500 each.)

Hating is free, that's why poor people do it the best.

We fought hard for our loss and this shining coat was our just compensation from CCP. I say this with unflinching assurance that of all the items in EVE Online, "Silvershore" Greatcoat will never be seeded again in the future.

Good to know. So what's in EVE is what will remain. According to current information but that can change on a whim knowing CCP.

And thanks to you tiny band of merry whiners, CCP has since taken the extra effort to be very, very careful to be very, very explicit that no item included with any sort of special deal or promotion is in any way guaranteed to be permanently exclusive. P

Well hey, you have to admit that our level of tears was merely a drop in the sea compared to the flood of whining by Goonswarm when The Mittani was asked to resign for instigating someone to commit suicide. P
