I probably shouldn't write this, but anyway, here goes:

TLC chose not to blueball and gave you a fight. You disengaged into a C6(?) cataclysmic. If I read the story correct, they had a triage archon for solo logi. 30 subcaps would easily tear it apart if it jumped into a cataclysmic. Sure, they could have gone banzai, but as I have not seen your fleet comp I have no idea whether that would accomplish anything.

Jumping into someone's home should bring a fight. Most of the time it does, unless you are in different timezones. However, it also lets the defenders choose exactly what to bring. You have 3 Billion mass to work with. Create a plan and outmanouver/outescalate them.

Also I doubt the TLC would just run like that.

After hearing both sides of the story TLC's sounds more likely.

Do not expect people to honor your fleet with purely t3s when:

1: you outnumber them
2: your in there homehole

As far as im concerned if you drop into my wormhole I will blot out the sky with capitals until you are all but gone. Why would I want to leave possible seeders behind?

Do you honestly think a lone Archon (or even 2 carriers) is more formidable than 4 - 6 Guardians? Essentially, we jumped our T3's into them and they had neuts and a Archon on 0 to us. Being as this chain was long and through multiple lower class wh's we had no way to escalate the fight with dreads. They warped a thanatos onto us as our guardians pull range from the geddons. Few insignificant ships go down (Maller, Wolf, and Blackbird) and we freak out thinking our reps aren't holding and we are losing t3's (which wasn't the case).

Also with our lack of pre-fight scouting and the size of TLC's home hole, we had no out wormhole if we got stuck and we had no idea what else they would bring. Also, someone in our comms started saying they were combat rolling with geddons (which is not the case) and we were not trying to get stuck in a hostile hole without any secondary exit. So with all this bad intel, terrible communications, and insufficient scanning we decided to jump out. I also have video of said fight that will be uploaded and edited in soon.
