Perhaps my google fu failed me, but this was the only thing I could find relevant,

Feel free to remove bulkheads in space, you're not going to explode.

My first large fleet battle (fighting Goonswarm in 49-U6U or 5V-BJI, I don't remember), the node crashed... sort of. I was in a tackle Rifter, and I think I got blown up. I'm not sure, though.

I was taking serious damage so I tried warping out. After aligning for what felt like forever, I warped. Once I landed at the destination, I could not control my ship at all. I couldn't even self-destruct. Then, a Minmatar Frigate Wreck appeared next to me. At first, it was empty. Then, modules started slowly disappearing off my Rifter and appearing in the wreck. Through this whole time, I had negative structure hit points, and my armor was repeatedly vanishing and re-charging. With every armor vanishing, I dipped further into negative structure HP.

I submitted a petition and got a response that was essentially "I dunno lol." My client ended up crashing, and when I logged back in I was back in my home station, needing a new pod. There were no lossmails.

And here I thought this was a new feature for those who also find themselves with negative wallets, -1 trillion structure hp on all ships in hangar.
