Looking at the requirements for cyno only being CPU Management 5, it could be done rather soon since I already have that skill. Covert Cyno field would take awhile seeing as you need Cyno Theory at 5 - I am unsure of the exact time it would take because I am on my mac air and cannot get on to Evemon atm. I will be able to check at around 9:30 p.m. PST when I finally get done with course work.
