LVL 4 missions vs angel cartel

Where can I find agents that give level 4 missions against the angel carter. Im in ivar running level 4's from the agent there but nearly all of them are against the amarr. I dont really want to lower my standings with amarr that much. Any information is welcome! Thank you

Under agent finder in the game do a search under Angel Cartel Agents, and Level 4 and it will show you all the systems that they can be found in.

He was looking for missions AGAINST angels, not for themBig smile

Actually the type of mission and the faction it will be against is pretty random thing. But it seams that the closer you are to the border of the hostile faction, the higher is the chance you'll get the missions against them. So generaly try to find agent in the middle of Minmatar space (this is where angel rats are spawning and the highest chance of geting missions against them is) as far as possible from Amar space and you should get what you are looking for.

For example try Balginia system and see if it makes some difference for you.

You'll want to check out the systems around Hek, especially since Hek is a minor trade hub.
