FW LP system + goons = CCP changed something....

I recall that goons made something funny of this system some time ago and CCP "changed this system to be more protected from such things".

All i see now that many items are just excluded from LP reward calculation (some faction drones, faction ships, implants, etc....).

So the question: can anybody give description of what exactly CCP said about their fix at that point?

ok. thanks for everyone. yes, i'm bad at google. all my searches only result in my own posts (like first result in Malkanis' link) or some yellow-press crap (like other links from that page).

But this time i found it:
