Which is the best ship against Sansha's Nation?

Hello,

I need to know please, which is the best ship against Sansha's Nation from the entire EVE Online? And here I mean the most destructive against them and the most resistant against them. Combine those two factors and choose please, the supreme ship.

I'm going to venture a guess and say the best subcap ship to use for fighting Sansha would ve the Palladin.

If you're talking about regular Sansha pirates instead of incursion rats, then you'll get the best punch from a laser boat, and the best defenses from an armor tank. Then you factor in the boosts to resistance, repair, and firepower that come from a Bastion module, and the Paladin's right there at or near the top.

Marauders are gank magnets, though, and the non-Marauder Apocalypse hulls have many of the same advantages (i.e. lasers shooting into the resistance hole, armor resists plugging Sansha damage profiles).
