You can say that about any game where you can buy upgrades.

This is turning into an argument about whether or not purchasable characters and items via real money actually help you if you have no knowledge of the game, which I'm not going to discuss because the answer is pretty obvious.

I would pay for this.

But any compelling cosmetic feature with no pay-to-win impact on actual play equals win IMHO.
