So there have been a couple 3x Astarte + 3x Vexor gank teams. Both of the times it feels to me the setup should decimate stuff on paper, but both of the times the teams have lost to what seems like horrible target calling. In fact, it seems to me both of the times was lost due to not shooting Vexors as a primary, but rather the inherently KIN-THERM resistant obvious bait tank.

What's your public opinion on this setup? Should the Astarte be rail setup for the tournament in order to be able to shoot further and pick better targets?

Or are the Astarte teams just flown horribly wrong?

Astarte can be very nice if used correctly within the correct team setup.

Like any ship it can appear terrible if both flown and fitted badly, and used within a poor setup.

Some people tried to copy the hydra (i think??) setup, which annihalated their opponents. Both times it has been flown horribly, and in both cases you could see how easy they could have won. The setup is really good, no doubt about that, but as you need to get in close, it actually takes a bit more thinking.
