Been shopping for a C2 myself, couple of very helpful tools ive found are:

Staticmapper is only so useful IMHO

Whereas neither are incredibly definitive on their own they, combined, have given me a pretty good idea on activity level and likelyhood of being occupied. It can get your list trimmed down a lot to say the least. Id assume most anything with a HS static would be occupied though, thats what im finding lately (and ive scanned down a substantial number of wormholes over the last couple weeks).

We came to an agreement on price but due to TZ diff was hard for both of us to be on at the same time. We agreed that I tel him the system bookmark and he would give isk once he was in the hole. Isk was sent to me as promised. Thanks again mate and good luck.
