Do these still affect the performance of ship and modules any more?

You only realise you life has been a waste of time, when you wake up dead.

Just seems the missile launcher has not increase rate of fire with a 5% increase with the rate of fire missile hardwire implant Ugh

Are you inside the ship when checking stats?

Boosts from skills and implants don't show unless you're piloting it at the moment.

I just undocked for the first time and someone challenged me to a duel. Wat do?

Just to clarify, you were right-clicking the launchers on the ship you were in and not from the market or something, right? Could be a bug, but maybe doublecheck the hardwiring and the launchers before pursuing.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.
