Kind of an a typical, Imma bad dude, stance, camera angle and the lighting looks alright, pretty over all it's looks good. Just nothing 'over the top' in my opinion though. 7.5/10 pretty average but good work on making the average looks, look good.

@Valkin Mordirc : Nice camera position, nice character too, with a good attention to detail. I'd just try to move the camera away a bit, too close, characters get ugly very quickly. i.e hair clipping with the shoulder.

So thats a 9/10!

[DremDorun] Well-matched lighting in a dim corridor somewhere. A bit too close-up as it makes the perspective against the wall seem odd. Good overall. 9/10

A little to the left would do some good. Maybe try different lighting and a more interesting pose? I would also go for a different shirt. Mere white is only good when it gets wet Twisted - 7/10

Not that I think the current portrait is bad, but have you tried zooming out? I think it could work.

I'd say about 8½/10. 9/10 if the lighting and pose was more to my tastes, but I know those are really hard to do well ( I frequently fail at it myself ) , and then again, it is not your job to please my aesthetic values. A very youthful looking, well proportioned character, I like it.
