First, go and double check you do not have your BPOs either via in game asset viewers or with a third party program like Eve Asset Manager or EveHQ, if you still can't find them then file a petition. I filled a ticket and GM was able to retrieve all my missing BPOs. Turns out there was some kind of error or bug and I wasn't able to see the BPOs or get them back. So it's all solved now.
