Missions/Faction Warfare Missions Question

Ive been thinking about doing some missions and/or faction warfare missions but I don't want to destroy the standings on this character. So im wondering if I get an alt to accept and finish missions does the person who ran the site also get a standings hit even if they leave the fleet before the mission has been completed.

I think some of the missions fuse you to lose a small amount of faction for killing the enemy ship. I am not 100% on this tough.

Do the missions on the alt.

problem is he doesnt have the skills to do them hes a indi toon

If you leave the fleet before handing in the mission to the agent, you will avoid all standings gains and losses on that character.

You will lose standings on the character which kills the navy ships.
