Big smile

Their goal is not to ruin the game, it is to ruin YOUR game.

You see, that quote right there.

Now, who really wants this failed concept of democracy, this dangerous collectivism, of electing "representatives" as such we really have a system where Person A gets to impose their will on Person B.

It's because of this we all have to live in fear of each others' opinions. What if nobody's opinions mattered? What if we didn't have to labor under the weaponization and anonymization of mob rule (aka democracy) and see forum posts as if they actually mattered?

Without a CSM, we could look at posts such as the one I quoted, and have ZERO ****s to give over it.

But because of this democratic process, we now have to live in fear of stupid people imposing their will. Wanna end this "nullsec agenda ruining the game" or this "carebear agenda ruining the game" crap?

Put an end to this democracy crap. Take the teeth out of ignorance and stupidity and when CCP devs ask for feedback from the players about something, then give them feedback. But we don't need to be "represented" by anybody and the whole game is private property anyway.

Bring back DEEEEP Space!

Haha, I've just re-read the past posts about this.. good read, good read.

Although I have to ask for clarification: was he banned, or did he resign to avoid the ban?

Paging CCP Xhagen?

He admitted he was wrong, apologised and took his punishment. I'd say that means case closed on the matter.

I fail to see how people can dislike a person they have never met and are never likely to interact with in any meaningful way. Especially the level of vehemence they display. I don't envy that aspect of his life. I'll take the trillions in moongoo though.

And when he came back, all of new eden shook in fear.
And the goons took up arms and administered punishment.
And the bears sat there in awe.
And the The Mittani promised to conquer nullsec.
And he did.
And they did.
And I need a scotch.

Now we can get serious.

This thread went waaaay off topic. Its supposed to be about mittani and CSM, not eve and goons. But I guess you can't have one without the other. Sad? Sad.

I'd like to believe you, if you didn't contradict yourself just now.

judging from the csm section of the forums, I'd rather vote for mittens over half of the irrelevant nobodies that have put their name forward.

*shrug*

If i've got to tick 14 boxes, i won't be ticking it for random nobodies over a well known (even if for the wrong reasons) community member.

Despite what the Grubbie revisionists might like to think, he was temp banned. There was no "accepting a suspension" about the slap down he recieved.

Please feel free to read all the details contained within two dev blogs on the matter:

there is no revisionism: he resigned and got a 30 day suspension

and if you read that second devblog you'll find that he can still run for the CSM should he wish to do so, and no matter how much you cry about it he'll get elected

it's simple actually: sheeple can call others 'pubbies'. It makes sheeple feel important. Isn't it what all sheeples want?

Conversely, the pubbies bond over their mutual hatred of people that share a common characteristic that the pubbies don't have.
