Need to kickstart a research corp

Me and some friends have recently started a new research corp and need a little boost to keep new BPO's flowing. We are by no means rich so buying a large pos for research (+monthly fueling) was not something we can "just shrug it off" since we are relatively new to the game. So now we have to get more bpos. In order to accelerate our progress I created this fund project. So here's the deal:


Each new investment starts receiving interest from the first day of the next week (Of the investment).
Minimum investment : 10 Million ISK (Investing in blocks of 10 million)
Interest rate : Fluctuating between 1% and 3% per week depending on our profits
Interest payout : During the last 24 hours of each week


Withdrawal possible : During the last 24 hours of each month
(You can obviously request a withdrawal sooner but I will only pay it back to you during the last day of the month)
Withdrawal amount hard cap per month per person : 200 Million ISK ( This depends on our liquid reserves who will be low since we will be using the isk to buy more bpo's ).
NOTE: Regarding large withdrawals - I need to know in advance, since we reinvest most isk back to research

There's 100m to get you started. If you can remember, just pay my interest by investing in New Order shares in the name of you or your business, whichever you like. I have no need for the principal, so you don't have to account for that small amount needed paid back until you conclude your business, if ever.

So paying between 4 to 16 % interest per month on a bpo research project.

Crap i need to change my bpo's badly ...

It's between 4-12% per month btw, not 4%-16%. What's wrong with the interest rates ? They are low risk low return... and they vary depending on our profits. Realistically they are much closer to the 4% mark, but I wanted to include a window for expansion for when business is doing well.

About a billion total for starters. Will start a new trust fund if we want more.
