Hm, what skills affect ship speed?

My alt has Acceleration Control 5 but gets 500m/s less from her ship than All Vs and also this char. There are no armour plates fitted, so what other skills could be affecting her speed?

What is your alts Navigation skill level? and also the ship command level of the relevant ship?

I can't check right now because I'm on my phone but I think navigation and ship command skills are both at 4. Do they affect speed? I thought it was just agility.

Navigation affects your ships base speed so that could be where the disparity is, also if this is a T3 there might be a speed bonus in the subsystem that you're missing out on. Other than that AFAIK Navigation and Acceleration Control are the only skills that affect sub-warp speed.
