While it is pretty easy to hide the system info and overview, it would be nice if there were a way to turn off the labels in the overlay. Without this, there isn't any way to stream on twitch without people being able to find you.

How do you feel about this? I'm curious what other people think.

Edit: Ok I understand that fleets have changed.

I'm pretty sure that they changed fleets to have no effect on Concord years ago. I could be wrong, as I don't run in high-sec fleets... It's corp membership that makes Concord turn a blind eye.

What Victoria said. Being in a fleet no longer makes you capable of shooting targets you are not normally able to.
Been that way for as long as I can remember, and that's 5 years of on and off playing.

Also, the first rule of Opsec is to not broadcast your fleet on a public channel for everyone to watch. If you don't want people to know where you are by your stream, then DON'T STREAM IT!

Your lack of information regarding basic game mechanics while simultaneously having a need for developers to spend time to develop special displays to permit you to publicly stream yourself while removing any possibility of the viewers knowing where you are is a bit baffling.

I think that if you are streaming your fleet or solo roam you deserve whatever you get. If it bothers you this much, record the fleet and upload it to youtube later so that nobody can watch you live and hunt you down.

Things are only impossible until they are not.

Lets see, you want to stream to the world but you want to stay hidden.

Something here doesn't compute.

This.

Or... Stream your stream & have backup stay a jump behind. (And don't mention the backup on the stream.)
