I'm looking for a Caldari subcap focused toon.
i'd like good shield and missile skills and thermodynamics to at least 4
I'd like decent ewar skills
I'd be happy with scanning and cybernetics/drugs skills on top
Has to be good value.
Keep in mind, I'm in Australian time zone.

Im going to make a WTS post in a couple of days, but honestly im not gonna sell him for less then 30b but since hes not 100m SP yet (Current Skills: 245 -Skill Points: 99,567,430.00) ill let him go for 29.5b. If your still interested we can do a private sale or something.
