Issues, Workarounds & Localization

This is one of the most dysfunctional forums i have ever worked with, and i bet someone is very proud of it too...fire the team that made it..i will explain!

A draft option is automatically saved ever 30 seconds or so, fine...no one uses that. When you post your final text, often nothing is posted at all and you end up with a new blank text area...plus a message a draft exists (usually not matching the final text at all).

Generally if you did not make a copy to clipboard before pressing post, all text is lost!

This is costing people hours of frustration and misery and sometimes no doubt a few breakable possessions.The team that designed and/or implemented the forums should be put on trial for crimes against humanity!

It has been this way for years now, and it says something about how much CCP cares about delivering quality and a good a experience. It's a forum....how much effort wend into it getting it so screw it up?

I've seen it too. I usually make a habit on any forum to copy what I have written before I post, because this isn't the only place it happens. Also, sometimes hitting the back button will show you your draft with the stuff you wrote.
