How do you create a clickable link in your corporation advertisement?

Characters, corps, channels, stations, systems?

Personal channel: Crazy Dutch Guy

Help channel: Help chat - Reloaded

Public roams channels: RvB Ganked / Redemption Road / Spectre Fleet / Bombers bar / The Content Club

Oh a clickable link to a recruitment thread in the Alliance & Corporation Recruitment Center of the EVE Forums. I've seen some ads who have a link to their website that they have made.

To create a link on the EVE forums you can click the "create link" symbol on top of the post (number 5 from the left, same "line" as all the emote icons).

Just mark the text you want to turn into a link, then copy paste the URL in the window that pops up.

Oh I should be crystal clear...

Create a clickable link, of a url, in a Corporate Ad (from the 'Create Advert' button in the 'Recruitment' tab of the 'Corporation' window in-game)

I did [uu ar el=actual url]text[/uu ar el] and yours [uu ar el=text]actual url[/uu ar el]. Neither work.

I've tried contacting those ads who have those clickable links, still waiting on a reply.

Are you talking about in the signature?
I do mine by typing:
url=https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=300037]Jolly Codgers[/url]
Add a front bracket, of course.
Unfortunately the address needs to be typed manually, and previewing the draft breaks it. It's extremely finicky and rage-inducing. In fact while I was just now checking my own, I broke it. Its still not fixed.

To create a link in game you can start a new mail (compose EVE mail) and use the link function in the text editor, similar to the one on the forums. Once you've made the link you can drag it anywhere.
