And then to have those that spend ridiculous amount of time in eve to spend game earned isk on to purchase real paid for plex's so that he can essentially play eve for free forever, while someone who only has a small amount of time is cut out because they lose their job and only had cash to pay for the game. One day ccp is going to get slapped in the face when they realize this was their downfall.

People that lose their job usually have the time available to PvE to plex their account - it's win-win

When ccp allows 15 accounts owned by one person to camp a constellation for hot drops while cloak. This also defeats the purpose of the game. So spend 15 bucks for 650m isk or have a gun held to my head while i can't see the guy and make 0 isk. That's a no brainer. And I also make more then 14/hr so It's more productive.



As if ISK is the end result of your hard work in real life.

It is more productive to work in real life and convert it to ISK, of course it is, but it's also pretty sad.

It's a game, play the game.


You guys act as if the game wouldn't work without PLEX.

Then nerf hotdropping. Its a terrible mechanic.

No, it's called unfortunate and an inconvenience. Don't ever equate one of the most horrible crimes a person can commit in some cute little metaphor to you being mad you can't play a video game for free.

I will be sure to do this next time you roll into us.. hopefully someone will save me Roll

Also you could always warp a carrier after the dread clears the first spawn for more loot.. also let the carrier rep a noctis for salvage.. just can't do that in your static without locking yourself out.

im not saying farming for ISK is bad, if that's your thing then so be it. My point is, selling PLEX doesn't (and never will be) defeat the purpose of the game.

PLEX is the "shortcut" for people that can't farm (for ISK) in order to enjoy a major part of the game - which is to blow internet spaceships up.

Yes, they just need to build up their resources more. Patience is a virtue.

CCP could tackle this problem by making ratting, mining and other none PVP centric activities more interesting but I doubt that would happen anytime soon.
