There's software that lets you remotely connect to PCs via android phones, not sure if that would allow for logging in and adding skills, but google around a bit I'd say.

As it was said before only the EVE client allows to switch skill training. All other tools can only monitor what's happening with your account. The API simply does not allow to make changes from outside.

So just train something like Advanced Spaceship Command, as you have mentioned.

Could you copy the Eve client to a flash drive before you leave and then pop it in a local computer or laptop or an internet cafe just to log in and update your skills or are you totally out of internet reach?

I seem to remember somewhere there is a switch to make Eve save all its settings to a local drive (the one it’s installed on) rather than a drive on the main machine a bit of googling should find what you need.

In my last holiday I trained Large Beam Laser Specialisation V. Came back home with a little over two days left to train it. Perfect.

I have also removed a rule breaking post. Lets just say that advocating account sharing (=EULA breaking) is not a very smart thing to do while CCL is on the job....Blink

I've even remote logged in via my phone, fired up eve and got a skill in the queu that way. Slow and annoying but it works

If you are married and you show your spouse what to do and leave your info with a list of skills to train (and what section to find them in) then they could do it for you.

Technically....yes.


Will CCP be able to proof it....nope, account is accessed from same IP as usual so other then coming over to watch who is playing they cant check who is behind the keyboard.

Being able to access the account via the EvE Gate and make changes to the skill que would be ...... EPIC.

Yeah, a lot of us play Eve Offline most of the time, even Forum Warriors are here because shitpoasting can be done from a browser and takes far less time than... actually playing the game.

It's a sad state of affairs really, but RL obligations are such.

Instead of an app or special API interface via a third party, simply being able to up the que through a browser in this very EvE gate - that uses the same account credentials to log in BTW, would just about make me want to have CCP's babies.

(they'll have to be ass babies though because biology)
