I wanted a non-computer-related project to keep me occupied. A friend of mine had taken up cross-stitch to pass the time while taking care of her kids, and some of her designs were really cool. My wife had some stuff in storage to help get me started, so all I needed was a pattern to follow. I looked online, but nothing jumped out to me. Eventually I found a website that would turn any image into a cross-stitch pattern.

I submitted the Gallente logo as a test, and it seemed simple enough. So I printed it out and had my wife walk me through how to do it. After many hours and nearly 2,000 stitches, I finally have something worth showing.
