Where are promised Assault Ships changes?

Title says it all...It is second time when the CCP decided to silently skip the Assault Ships ballance. First time they skipped promised 10% afterburner speed bonus, now they annouced ballance few weeks ago, but again, there are no assault ships changes in patch notes. I am kinda dissapointed, AS are really cool ships but they are rather underwhelming now...

Is there any reason for only 3 bonuses on t2 ships instead of 4?

I would like to hear your opinion and also from someone from CCP.

Assault ships are fine and are the strongest combat frigates in-game. No other frigates can match their tank to gank ration under scram range.

I dont say that AS are bad ships, question is why the CCP annouced their ballance two times and then both possible changes were skipped?

Well! Because the suggested changes in the past would make them overpowered. Also, Minmatar assault frigates would have benefited the most.

Increasing weapon stats, would be the safest thing to do. So, damage, tracking, optimal and falloff. If anything! But! There is no need.

last "attempt" to deliver was sisi testing for dominion release. 10 mn AB fits of frigs killed that one :( How 100mn t3 got off sisi no friggin clue lol,

On the bright side dramiel gets nerfed I hear...one of the reasons Af needs that bonus. jsut odd you could in 6 days get a better boat than if you went the 14 days for AF 5 training.
