NPC null can be a ghost town at times with maybe 1 or 2 pilots in system. Relic sites in null profit range from 60 to 100 mill per site. Never listen to anyone in EVE that's tells you don't do anything and never go anywhere. Only noobs say suchs things. Like previously stated look at the map menu and set settings to kills per system and pilots per system you will be surprised to find that there will be more high sec kills and pilots in system that day then in NPC null. And TBH NPC null has some pretty friendly explorers like yourself that will to chat you up in local and share sites as well. Not all all EVE players are griefers.

The richer you are the more stuff you buy that I build. The more ships you have the more you can lose said ships that I also build. The more fun you have the more you tell your friends to play and the more stuff they buy ,sell,and have to replace. You see how this economy works?
