most guides online are bit outdated but hell why not.

So considering we got extra 2 character slots per account not using them for doing stuff is kinda waste so I thought why not some pi activity.

My initial thought was to batch the skills into group of 30 days as I'll just burn some extra isks on plex and activate extra training slot, then train the bare minimum to achieve PI activities.

Not so long ago a new skill called Custom office Expertise:
Quote:
"We are introducing a new trainable skill, Customs Code Expertise, which will reduce the NPC portion of the tax rate, but 10% per level (so at level 5 the NPC export tax rate will be 5% rather than 10%). Again, this skill only affects the NPC portion of the tax, not the player owner tax."

So I first considered that this skill is must have to level V \ it also requires Trade to level IV before you can train it.

Another thing I considered is training Cybernetics to I so I can use +3 implants to speed the process.

so first we got the "Requirement" and supportitng skills:

Cybernatics I
Gallente Industrial I
Science IV
CPU Management IV
Cloaking I
Trade IV

After I train this I got the Customs Office Expertise I wanted to train to rank V.

Now for the PI stuff...

I'm going to do PI on highsec and just suck stuff from planets and feed it into P2 items.

* Command Centers Upgrades \ I thought training this to V to have extra Extractors heads but 5th rank takes loads of time so I'm thinking going IV max.
* Interplanetary Consolidation \ I think this one though it's 5th rank is long time to train is bit no brainer to train into V to gain max number of planets.
* remote sensing \ rank III as requirement to other skills.
* planetology \ rank IV
* Advanced Planetology \ Rank III

So testing this on EVEmon after i got the +3 implanets installed and after I tested optimized for first year remap it will take me 48d 23h to train all the skills which leaves me with extra 11 days to transfer to the 3rd slot training which + 30 days from another plex net me 41 days of training (missing 7 days for complete training). I'm thinking maybe changing some of the skills ranks or how the hell I might be able to squeeze everything into 60 days for both characters together?

Hisec pi? not worth it, look for a "quiet" lowsec system near hisec
or
make the 2 slots a station trader(will make more isk than hisec pi), follow this skill plan

Quote:
Recommended:
Accounting Level 5 - Saves money from fees when selling things.
Broker Relations Level 5 - Saves money from fees when buying and selling things.
Margin Trading Level 3-4 - Each level takes ~25% off the amount you put in escrow when you put up a buy order.

Depends:
Day Trading level 4 - Lets you modify sell orders you already have up within 20 jumps. (level 5 for region-wide)
Marketing Level 4 - Lets you place things within 20 jumps up for sale. (level 5 for region-wide)
Procurement Level ? - I don't use this skill, but it lets you place remote buy orders.
Visibility Level ? - I don't use this skill but lets you extend the range of your REMOTE (Procurement) buy orders.

For station trading need some kind of active interaction, for PI just click once a day. Also thought about highsec pi to save me the trouble of training some piloting skills to navigate on lowsec.

I wouldn't say high sec PI isn't worth it. With 3 characters skilled up for 6 planets each you can earn enough to PLEX your account every month, for practically 0 effort.

Did you include Skills to Fly and Fit an Epithal(the PI Hauler)?(Highly recommend Inertia Stabs and Warp Core stabs)
Also instead of trying to squish to 60 days, expand it and get a better PI Toon, Command Centers Upgrades to V is definitely worth it.

What you should train for PI depends a bit on how and where you intend to do PI.

Customs Code Expertise is not needed, if you do PI solely in null or w-space (else train it to level V). Likewise, if you do PI in w-space, you should have scanning skills that aren't needed anywhere else.

In any case you should be able to fly an Epithal and you want to get Gallente Industrial to level IV, because that skill affects the material hold. You should be able to fit warp core stabs (I'd recommend 2 for hi-sec and 4 for everywhere else), T2 shield mods (extender, em-hardener, other hardeners), prop mod (not neccessarily needed if you know what you are doing), probe launcher (only for WHs), rigs for speed and agility. You don't need a cloak. Usually you will fly from a station or POS to a POCO and back again.

Training Interplanetary Consolidation and Command Center Upgrades to level V is worth it. Other than that you should have Remote Sensing at level III and all other PI skills at level IV.
