Forum alt here.

While messing around in a WH I noticed that WH space regions are now showing up (they currently do not on TQ). I also noticed that when you jump in and out of a wormhole with the market browser up it will say that the region's market is not yet open. After Tuesday will WH space still be "unkown" space without stations? Or known space without stations? Or are these things just bugs?

In that screen shot I am in a Class 3 WH that has no effects.

EDIT: Link fixed...lol its late and Im tired.....

There will be no stations in WH space, but there is a market regardless. If there wasnt a market in W-Space, you wouldn't be able to browse items, even if you can't buy them.

So WH space will now have markets so its possible to browse items? Lol I figured the answer would confuse me even more. Thanks.

Every region, by default, has a market interface, even if there is nowhere to sell goods on it (i.e. a station). It's pretty much hard-coded, as far as I understand. Even though there's nowhere to buy goods, there needs to be a market interface for that region to tell you that, or (I presume, it would take a CCP coder to tell me for certain) whenever someone hit the market button on their neocom in a wormhole region, the game would return a null value and Bad Things™ would happen.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
This is indeed unintended and we are working on a solution now.

Soon, the unknown will once again be unknown.

Indeed Andreus, every region, even WH regions have markets. Or at least, the option to open the Market.
Thus, Bad Things™ don't happen. Generally.

I actually really like the constellation/region numbers that have been on Sisi, i think they mesh well with the locus signatures. Plus, the info it provides is already available via dotlan.

Ah okay I understand now.

I liked the regions numbers as well. I was just wondering if something crazy was gonna happen w/ the story line side of WH space.

I was right? That was all pretty much a complete guess.

Would Bad Things™ happen if a region didn't have a market interface, or is that literally impossible according to the game's code infrastructure?

I can't get rid of my darn signature!  Oh, wait....
