I support the idea of unlocking all clothing. In this day and age of trade, surely even Caldari citizens can wear a cloak.

See Bio for isk doubling rules. If you didn't read bio, chances are you funded those who did.

Haha, cloaks are good.

So if someone wears a cloak in station and they go AFK does that make them an AFK cloaker? Lol

Oh and nice hair.

Unlock all the default clothing that's in the character editor for all the eve races to wear.

All the clothing on the market and nex store is not racially locked. I can even wear the Gallente FW blouse if I so please but when it comes to the default "stock" gallente/minmatar etc clothing thats in the character editior It's not available.

This.

I'm not particularly bothered about the current options for clothes or skin tone, but I think the range of hair styles available for Gallente males is laughable.

Why shouldn't Gallente have long hair?

I wholeheartedly support this venture. There's no reason that any race restrictions should exist on clothing whatsoever, let alone hairstyles.

Really? I like the different racial appearances. I miss some of the Amarr head dressing but I do not wish to see these on Matari or Gallente pilots.... or even Caldari pilots for that matter.

ย ย - remove the cloaked from local; free intel is the real problem, notย  "afk" cloakingย -

I tend to agree, but the problem is that the current clothing in the character creator (apart for the amarrian robes) is something that doesn't fit 1 race specificly. All 4 races jsut got some random sets of jackets, t-shirts and pants, nothing that really sets them apart, but why can't minmatars have a black jacket like the caldari can? Likewise, why can't a caldari military woman get a nice pair of flat shoes like the gallente women can?

Since the new character creator got rid of all the unique racial styles (which suck imo) why can't they just get rid of the limitations that do appear to be rather random.

If there is one thing that travels quite fast, its fashion.

People like whats "exotic", original and new. The empires couldn't keep separated clothes for too long. Realistically, someone, somewhere, is going to make profit by exploiting the vacuum in the market in providing, say, amarr coats to gallente people.

Thus, there is no logical explaination to tell why the regular members of the four factions couldn't wear clothes that are not originating from their culture... So why would capsuleers be restricted? If one kind of people is traveling a lot, its them!

Plus, since as a Caldari I can be reborn in a matarr station with my clothes, surely they have stocks in all new eden. They could share these stocks for non-caldari people.

I think the general opinion is "either remove the racelocks on generic clothing or give every bloodline specific clothing (or both.)"

Yeah I would have to agree. There is already 'some' generic clothing overlap for all the races. I have a small selection of Amarr and Minmatar clothes available but no Gallente whatsoever.

i support that too

not only the unlock of the existing clothes, it would be good if there are some more standardclothes, especially for pirates AAAND scientists, maybe miners (some dusty yellow workingclothes would be nice :D)

im not a scientist, but i saw and heard often many players who wants them, and in fact its a good idea.

and the cloaks of the amarr would be nice for other races too, minmatar for example are tribalists, and i could imagine they have some shamanists or whatsoever in their culture who would wear some cloaks too, even if they might be not black (imo):D

At the end of time, a moment will come when just one man remains. Then the moment will pass. Man will be gone. There will be nothing to show that we were ever here... but stardust.
