Right what I am after is 5 Hulk pilots - Max price 4b per pilot.
Minimum skills are:

Exhumers 5
Mining 5
Cybernetics 5
Mining Drone Operation 5
Drone Interfacing 5

Also looking for 1 Orca pilot. Must be able to provide max bonuses for mining and deploy light drones - Max price 6b for the pilot.
